Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 within the United States.
Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Aurora Aroma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
